I’m really excited to announce that I’m going to be doing a table loom weaving workshop in London next month! Come and join me and the lovely Sarah (@weaveweird on Instagram) for a one-day introduction to weaving at her cosy home studio in East Dulwich. Both Sarah and myself have got 10 years of weaving experience to share with you so between us we’ll have lots of tips and tricks to get you started on your weaving journey.

The main focus will be on getting you weaving your own fabrics, therefore, the looms will already be completely set up when you arrive. During the day we’ll be covering a whole range of things, including:

• How to make and read lifting plans
• How to weave a number of simple patterns and structures on a table loom

At the end of the day, you will have multiple woven samples to take away with you, as well as a weaving information pack that we’ve put together exclusively for workshop attendees.

This workshop is aimed at complete beginners so don’t worry if you’ve never done any weaving before! All materials and some light refreshments are included in the introductory price of £95.
